Users

Overview

The Users page displays the users who belong to your organisation and their roles, activity status, and last login date. User Managers/Administrators can add or remove users here as well as download the user list as a CSV file by using the orange buttons on the right.

List of users

To access the users page:

  1. In Mapworks UI, click Mgt Console in the bottom left

Details

User Managers/Administrators can click on a user to view their profile page.

The Details tab displays the following details about the user:

  • Name
  • Display Name
  • Email
  • Registration Date
  • Organisation Department
  • Role
  • User Status (Active/Inactive)
  • User Attributes
  • Ability to direct log-in to Mapworks

Groups

User Managers/Administrators can view a user's groups by clicking on the user and selecting the Groups tab.

Add a user to a group by using the the orange "Give user access to group" button on the right, or remove the user from a group via the list displayed.
